Allan Polack

Allan Polack serves as Chairperson of the Board at Home.Earth since February 2023, focusing on ESG-based residential initiatives aimed at affordable living. Currently, Allan also holds board positions at Danske Bank and serves as Chairman of the Board for the Human Practice Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to building and restructuring schools in underprivileged areas. Previous roles include board member positions at SimCorp and Letpension, as well as Vice Chairman of the Board at Forsikring & Pension. From April 2015 to March 2022, Allan was Group CEO of PFA Pension, Denmark’s leading life and pension company. Prior to that, Allan was CEO of Nordea Asset Management from 2007 to 2015 and has held board member roles at Axcelfuture and La Banque Postale Asset Management. Allan Polack holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and completed an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
