Nicole Maarsen is a Dutch businesswoman who is currently a co-founder at Home.Earth, an organization that focuses on sustainability. Prior to this, they were with the Urban Land Institute, the Dutch Green Building Council, and the Economisch Instituut voor de Bouw. Nicole also has experience as a board member, having served on the boards of IVBN, Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance, and CBK Rotterdam.
Nicole Maarsen has a background in corporate governance from Nyenrode Business University, strategies for entrepreneurial growth from the London Business School, and marketing strategy from Nima C. Nicole also holds a Master of Real Estate (MRE) from Universiteit van Amsterdam / University of Amsterdam and a doctorate in Economics from the University of Groningen.
