Randall Capps

Randall began his banking career at Home Federal Bank after graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. For over twenty years he has held various management positions at Home Federal. Currently, Randall oversees both the Residential and Commercial Real Estate areas for the bank, and works closely with homeowners, builders, and developers on their construction projects. Randall and his staff are focused on making sure each customer receives the highest level of personal service.
