Sue Kolling

Sue Kolling has a long-standing career at Home Federal Savings Bank, serving since 1969 in various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Cash Management, Renewable Energy Projects, and Market President, alongside positions as a mortgage and consumer lender. Kolling possesses special skills in opening new branch locations and managing BioFuels, Wind, and Biomedical projects, as well as coordinating the Bank Travel Club and special projects. Additionally, Kolling contributed to the financial sector as a board member for Osterud Agency from 1996 to 2016 and HMN Financial Inc. from 2001 to 2013, and has acted as a mentor in leadership.
