Ramakrishna Vyamajala has extensive experience in human resources and has held various positions in different companies.

In 2005, they started their career at Vedanta Resources Plc as an Associate Manager in Human Resources. Ramakrishna later became a Deputy Manager in Human Resources, where they were responsible for recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee welfare. Ramakrishna stayed with Vedanta Resources until 2008.

From 2008 to 2018, they worked at IDFC Bank, starting as a Vice President and eventually progressing to the roles of Senior Vice President, Director - Human Resources, and Senior Director. Ramakrishna'sresponsibilities included leading the compensation and benefits, performance and rewards, and other HR functions for the IDFC Group.

In 2018, Ramakrishna Vyamajala joined Home First Finance Company (HFFC) as the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Ramakrishna Vyamajala pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1986 to 1996, they attended Atomic Energy Central School and completed their High School. Following this, they attended Atomic Energy Junior College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an Intermediate degree with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Ramakrishna then enrolled at VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering. Later, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources from T A Pai Management Institute between 2003 and 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Ramakrishna Vyamajala is a Certified Recruitment Analyst, which they acquired from Carlton Management Institute, USA in 2007.
