Meet the teenager - HomeFirst, that refuses to grow old and boring! Co-founded by Jaithirth (Jerry) Rao, P. S. Jayakumar, and Manoj Viswanathan. We are a young, imaginative lot! Friendly, turbo-charged, inquisitive. Hungry and never satisfied with our achievements...          

Our focus is to provide loans to low and middle-income individuals, who want to buy or build their own homes. A majority of our customers are first-time home buyers and find it challenging to deal with bigger financial institutions for their home loan requirements. Loan amounts for these homes typically vary between ₹5 to ₹50 lakhs.

We believe everyone should own their dream home! We blend technology and personalization, which makes our loan process convenient, and enjoyable for our customers. Simply put: our customers always come first.

Our head office is in Mumbai, we have 300+ touchpoints, with 110+ Branches, across 13 States / UTs in India. We have served 1,00,000+ home loan customers in the affordable space and have secured a "Low Risk" ESG Rating by Morningstar's Sustainalytics. Our current AUM is ₹8,000+ Cr. with a steady CAGR of 33%!
