Juhi Aggarwal

Juhi Aggarwal is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Home Forward since June 2023, focusing on the establishment of an in-house legal department and integrating anti-racist and systems change approaches into legal strategies. Previously, at Metropolitan Public Defender from January 2018 to May 2023, Aggarwal held roles as Managing Attorney and Staff Attorney in the Community Law Division, where efforts were made to enhance legal service delivery and support eviction defense initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Law Professor at Lewis & Clark Law School, practicing as a Staff Attorney at Oregon Law Center and Disability Rights Oregon, and completing a Post-Bar Law Fellowship at Disability Rights DC. Aggarwal earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
