David Hoffman

David Hoffman has extensive experience in IT operations and project management. David is currently working as the Director of IT Operations at Home Franchise Concepts, where they are responsible for strategy, leadership, and day-to-day management of various IT departments. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of US-IT PMO at Ingram Micro, where they established and managed a Program Management Office and standardized Agile processes. David has also worked as a Program/Project Management Consultant at KORE1. Earlier in their career, David worked as the Director of Global IT Operations at Broadcom, overseeing a 24x7 operation and improving incident response time. David also served as the Director of IT Systems Engineering & Enterprise Architecture at Jacobs, where they managed a global team and developed infrastructure strategies. David's experience also includes roles at SAIC, Thomson Consumer Electronics, InnovaSystems, GEC-Marconi, and Herley Industries, where they gained expertise in project management, software engineering, and system consulting.

David Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from PennWest California between 1981 and 1984. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University from 1989 to 1996. In addition to their academic achievements, David also obtained certifications such as the Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in July 2012 and the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2020.
