Lenny Kharitonov, MBA, CHR, serves as the CEO and President of SSTL, Inc., leading turnaround strategies and strategic partnerships since 2011. Lenny is an Executive Board Member of the Home Furnishings Association, contributing to industry growth and change management for the largest trade organization dedicated to home furnishings retailers. As a Board Member of the Greater Metropolitan Furnishings Association, Lenny plays a vital role in influencing policies and advocating for the home furnishings sector in the New York metropolitan area. Previous experience includes serving as President and Cofounder of Unlimited Furniture, where Lenny expanded operations significantly, and roles in Citywide Furniture and Lehman Brothers. Lenny holds multiple advanced degrees, including MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, along with a BBA in Finance and Management from Pace University.
