Chris Vallis

Chris is one of the customer board members and has been a leaseholder customer of Home Group and its predecessor for over 25 years. He was formerly chair of his local leaseholder's association and has been involved with Home Group as a member of the viewpoint team and appeals panels.

Now retired from medical practice, Chris graduated in medicine from University College London and University College Hospital. He moved to Newcastle as a consultant at the Fleming Children’s Hospital, which soon after became part of the Royal Victoria Infirmary.

In addition to his NHS work, Chris was the medical director of the Great North Run and a Trustee of the Advanced Life Support Group, a Manchester-based charity that provides medical training in the UK and throughout the world.
