Daniel Burt

Daniel Burt is a seasoned professional in the field of cyber security, currently serving as the Lead Cyber Security Specialist at Home Group since December 2018, after progressing through various roles including Cyber Security Apprentice (Level 7) and IS Second Line Support Partner. Prior experience includes an IT Professional role at AAF International from May 2014 to January 2021 and a brief Data Entry position at P C Henderson Limited in mid-2015. Daniel Burt holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from Newcastle University, completed between November 2020 and November 2022, alongside honors in Cyber Security, Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism, as well as a foundation degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from Newcastle College.
