Elina Thapa

Elina Thapa is a Green Building Engineer at Home Innovation Research Labs with previous experience as a Research Engineer at the same company. Elina also worked as a Student Researcher at the University of Maryland - A. James Clark School of Engineering and as a Summer Intern- Transportation Technician at MDOT- State Highway Administration. Additionally, Elina was an Assistant Engineer at Build Change where Elina oversaw the construction of seismic resilient residential houses. Elina holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland.
