Amanda Spencer

Amanda Spencer has over 20 years of work experience in various human resources and talent acquisition roles. Amanda most recently worked at Home Instead Australia, where they held the positions of Group Chief People Officer, Director of People and Culture, and People and Culture Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and executing people strategies to improve HR functions and increase engagement, performance, and tenure. Prior to that, Amanda worked at The Star Entertainment Group as a Group Manager Strategic TA - People & Culture and as a Queensland Talent Acquisition - People & Culture. At AMP, they served as a People and Talent Advisor, responsible for recruitment and onboarding. Amanda also worked at Michael Hill as a People & Talent Manager and a Senior People and Culture Business Partner, and at Galiko Pty Ltd as a Group Human Resource Manager. Their early work experience includes a position as a Payroll Officer/Human Resource Administrator at David Jones.
