Karen Stirling

Vice President Collections at Home Loan Investment Bank, FSB

Karen Stirling has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Karen started their career at EOS CCA as a Collector in 2009 and later moved up to become an Assistant Manager and then a Personnel Development Manager.

In 2013, they joined Liberty Bay Credit Union, where they worked as a Senior Collector and also served as the Community Matters Program Coordinator.

Karen then moved on to Pawtucket Credit Union in 2019, where they held the position of Collections Manager until 2021.

In 2018, they began working as a Real Estate Agent at Stirling Realty with Heritage & Main, where they remained until 2022.

In 2021, Karen took on multiple roles simultaneously. Karen became the Vice President and Treasurer of the New England Adjustment Managers Association Inc, as well as the President starting in 2023. Additionally, they became the Treasurer of the Board of Directors at Beacon Charter Schools.

Most recently, in 2022, Karen joined Home Loan Investment Bank as the Assistant Vice President, Collections, and later transitioned to the role of Vice President Collections.

Karen Stirling attended Quincy College from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Karen then pursued a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Business, Management, Nonprofit Management, and Related Support Services from Southern New Hampshire University from 2017 to 2021.
