Eric de Garceau

Eric De Garceau has a wide range of work experience in the financial sector. Eric currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at HME Specialists starting in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at SCALE Healthcare in 2022. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the President, Chief Financial Officer, and Co-Founder at Bayview Hospice. Before that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Shores Medical Group from 2019 to 2021. Eric also had significant roles at Molina Healthcare as the Vice President of Finance, Transformation & Corporate Development from 2015 to 2019. Eric was the Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, and Head of Corporate Development at Apria Healthcare, a Blackstone Group Portfolio Company, from 2007 to 2015. Eric's career began at UnitedHealth Group / PacifiCare Health Systems in 2005 as the Manager of Corporate Development. Eric also held positions at Lindsay Lumber, The Start Group, and Wedbush Morgan Securities, where they gained experience in business development, investment banking, and business advisory capacities, respectively.
