Kieran Bilkhu-Smith

Kieran Bilkhu-Smith is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as Director at @Home-mmc since April 2024. Previously, Kieran held the position of Head of Project Management at Lighthouse from May 2022 to April 2024, along with a role as Senior Project Manager. Kieran's earlier experience includes Project Manager positions at Urban Splash from March 2018 to May 2022, and at SIG Building Systems from June 2014 to March 2018, where Kieran also worked as an Autocad Design Technician. Kieran's career began as an Autocad Design Technician at Insulshell from May 2013 to June 2014. With a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Construction Management and Property Development from the University of Derby, Kieran has successfully managed projects with values exceeding £3 million and has demonstrated strong collaboration with architects, clients, and suppliers.
