Jason Borchik

Vice President Of Business Development at Home Run Dugout

Jason Borchik has had a successful career in the military and business world. Jason began their career in 2011 as an Engineer Project Manager and Platoon Leader/Executive Officer with the 130th Engineer Brigade. In 2014, they became a Special Forces Candidate with the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. In 2016, they became an Assistant Operations Officer and Special Forces Detachment Commander with the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne). In 2019, they were chosen as the first transitioning service member to intern with the Houston Rockets, where they supported business insights, ticket pricing and inventory, corporate partnerships market research, and customer journey for the 2019-2020 season. Jason also performed a suites renovation impact assessment including all ticket sales, concessions, and retail spend, resulting in a strategic recommendation for the Toyota Center. In 2021, they became a Global Operations Graduate Intern with Nike. Currently, they are the Vice President of Business Development at Home Run Dugout.

Jason Borchik attended Copley High School from 2002 to 2006. Jason then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and Pre-Medicine with Nuclear Engineering Track. In 2017, they obtained a Sports Industry Essentials certification from Columbia University School of Professional Studies. From 2020 to 2020, they attended the Institute for Veterans and Military Families - IVMF for Project Management. Jason then obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August of 2020. Jason is currently attending Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA.
