Tyler Bambrick

Chief Executive Officer at Home Run Dugout

Tyler Bambrick has held various roles in the US Army since 2012, including Future Operations Officer, Mortar Platoon Leader, Battalion Targeting Officer, and Platoon Leader. In 2016, they co-founded and became the Chief Operations Officer of Homerun Dugout. As Future Operations Officer, they directed and managed all current operations for an 840-Soldier Air Assault Infantry Battalion, and planned, resourced and coordinated training exercises from platoon to battalion sized live fire exercises. As Mortar Platoon Leader, they were responsible for the training and readiness of all personnel, systems and equipment valued at over $5 million, and led the planning and development of the first mortar firing point on Kandahar Air Field (KAF). As Battalion Targeting Officer, they worked directly with the Battalion Fire Support Officer to develop a recommendation system for battalion lethal and non-lethal targets, and had additional duty as Battalion Current Operations Officer. As Platoon Leader, they led a 31-Soldier Air Assault Infantry Platoon during combat operations in Kunar Province, Afghanistan, and was responsible for the training and readiness of all personnel, systems and equipment valued at over $6 million. Tyler led over 80 mounted and dismounted combat missions during a time of high operations tempo, and successfully incorporated and synchronized direct and indirect fires, close air support, and close combat attack aircrafts while under high enemy threat.

Tyler Bambrick received their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2011. Tyler then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2018.
