Derek Poplawski

Derek Poplawski is the owner, coach, and trainer at Motivaction Health Coaching Ltd. In addition, Derek serves as a Program Director at YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg, overseeing various health, fitness, and wellness programs. Derek also works as a sales associate at Home Run Sports and has previous experience in partnerships and ticket sales at Winnipeg Blue Bombers. With a background in fitness, Derek has worked as a fitness professional and personal trainer at Elite Performance Center and Snap Fitness 24/7 respectively. Derek has also experience as a floor manager at JOEY Restaurant Group. Derek holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba and certifications in health coaching and personal training.
