Natalie Golledge Acca

Natalie Golledge ACCA is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and governance. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Finance and Governance at Home-Start UK since August 2022, Natalie previously held the position of Head of Finance at St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice from February 2015 to August 2022, where expertise in team transformation and staff empowerment was demonstrated. Prior roles include Finance Manager at Children's Links from 2011 to 2015, contributing to financial strategy and business planning after a demerger, and Accounts Assistant at the Church of England - Diocese of Oxford from 2007 to 2011, focusing on skill development in accounting.
