Pavanpal Virdee has a diverse work history spanning over two decades. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Sales Associate at Hudson's Bay Company for three years. They then transitioned to General Motors, where they worked as an Assembly Line Worker for four years. In 2007, Pavanpal joined Capital One and took on various roles, including Underwriter, Training Specialist, Front Line Manager/Unit Manager, and Department Operations Manager. They stayed with Capital One for over 14 years until 2021 when they joined Loblaw Companies Limited as a Senior Manager in Enterprise Business Process Management. Currently, Pavanpal holds the position of Director of Call Center Operations at Home Trust Company.
