Jannis Berning

Jannis Berning is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Team Lead Learning & Development at home24 SE since April 2021, with previous roles including Senior People Development Manager and People Development Manager. Jannis has also contributed as Community Manager for both L&D SHAKERS from September 2022 to March 2023 and BerLearn from January 2022 to October 2022, focusing on building a Learning & Development ecosystem in Berlin. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant and Business Trainer at train GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed developing blended leadership programs, learning journeys, and e-learning initiatives.
