Al Formalejo

Al Formalejo has a solid background in organizational development, talent management, and learning and development. Al has worked for various companies in different roles. In their current role as Head of Organizational Development at Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc., they are responsible for leading and managing organizational development initiatives. Prior to this, they held positions at Newport World Resorts, including AVP - Director for Organization Development and Asst. Director for Talent Management. Before that, they worked at Stellar Philippines, where they held roles such as Learning & Development Manager, Training Team Lead, and Learning & Development Trainer. In these roles, they managed training delivery for various accounts, maintained measurement and reporting of training metrics, and oversaw training programs related to voice and accent, soft skills, and culture.

Al Formalejo pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their elementary education at La Salle Greenhills from 1987 to 1996. Al then continued their studies at the same institution for high school, graduating in the year 2000. Following this, Al attended the University of the Philippines from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Family Life and Child Development. In terms of additional certifications, Al obtained a DDI Facilitator Certification Process from Development Dimensions International in July 2014.
