Marek Idec

Marek Idec is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in back-end development, IT management, and project management. Since June 2012, Marek has been a back-end developer at Home24, following a period as a freelancer from May 2010 to June 2012, where Marek designed web services and developed extensions for CMS and e-Commerce software. Previously, Marek served as an IT Manager at Jabil Global Services (2008-2009) and Philips Lighting Electronics (1999-2006), overseeing large IT departments and complex infrastructure projects. Additionally, Marek held the role of IT Project Manager at Rockwell Automation (2006-2008), leading the establishment of IT infrastructure in new facilities and managing international engineering teams. Marek holds a Master’s degree in electronics from AGH University of Krakow and a postgraduate degree in software engineering from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
