Antony Cardoza

Tony has served in the financial services industry for the past 25 years. As the Division Builder Manager for the East at U.S. Bank, Tony oversees all aspects of the builder experience with the retail mortgage organization for a 20-state region. From business development and improving existing relationships to recruiting, coaching, and policy, Tony takes pride in using his experience in small business, project management, mortgage, and relationship management to ensure an exceptional experience for both internal and external clients. Tony is also heavily invoived in the community. Tony is currently on the Board of Directors at Harbor House of Central Florida (HHCFL), a domestic violence awareness organization and shelter. He has been with HHCFLsince 2014 and has served in several leadership positions on the Executive Committee, including a term as Board President, as well as Event Chair for Walk a Mile in Her Shoes. Tony also serves as a member of the Greater Orlando Builder Association Board of Directors. Tony lives in Lake County Florida with his wife and 10-year-old son. He is fortunate to have his grown daughter, son-in-law, and grandson living on the same street. When not traveling for work, you can find Tony with his family enjoying all that living in Florida has to offer, competing in triathlons, and helping with his son and grandson's nonprofit organization that provides education on endangered species and the health of our planet.
