Christina N. Rothlisberger, MBA, CLRP, currently serves as Vice President of Compliance and Risk at Home Assist Health since July 2025. Prior to this role, Christina has held various positions in human resources, including Human Resources Director and Safety Chair at Sun Life Family Health Center, Human Resources Manager for Lucid Motors, and Senior General Manager at Vantec Hitachi Transport System (USA), Inc. with responsibilities spanning safety, finance, training, and workforce strategy. Christina’s experience includes managing human resources for multiple locations at Armstrong World Industries and American Woodmark, as well as instructing business law at Hinds Community College and supervising operations at Dettor's School of Okinawan Karate. Christina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, along with certifications in labor relations and safety.
