Sara Crate is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Homebase Medical since December 2023, where the focus is on providing quality healthcare services to homebound older adults. Previously, Sara held roles as Chief Commercial Officer at DispatchHealth and Chief Sales Officer at Honor.
