Erica Schwer

Erica Schwer has held various roles in the People Operations and Guest Services fields. Erica began their career in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant at Hunyady Auction Company. In 2014, they joined CID Entertainment, where they held the roles of Manager of Guest Services, Assistant Manager of Guest Services, Senior Guest Services Associate, and Guest Services Associate. In 2021, they joined Homebot as a People Operations Generalist and Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist.

Erica Schwer attended the University of Central Florida from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interdisciplinary Studies. In 2020, they completed a RYT® 200 certification in Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga from Yoga Habit.
