Alicia Key, M.A. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Alicia currently works as a Senior People Project Manager (Consultant) at Fortis Games, where they are involved in building a sense of belonging through games and fostering powerful connections. Prior to that, Alicia worked at Plume as a Senior People Operations Manager, supporting HR processes and developing learning initiatives. Alicia also gained experience at Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. as a Learning & Development Specialist and Onboarding Specialist, creating and implementing training programs. Alicia's previous roles include Senior Community Manager at Asset Living and Community Manager at Liv Communities LLC, where they oversaw operations, staff management, and resident satisfaction. Alicia started their career as an Office Manager at Cydcor, responsible for office administration and communication. Alicia began their journey in the industry as a Lead Community Assistant at American Campus Communities, where they showcased and leased properties while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Leadership from The University of Arizona Global Campus, attending from 2012 to 2014.
