Jeremy Smythe

Jeremy Smythe is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in strategic technology management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at Homebound since 2022, Jeremy focuses on developing internal IT operations for future growth. Previously, as Director of IT at Gloo, responsibilities included managing key departmental objectives in a SaaS environment, emphasizing stakeholder collaboration. Jeremy also led the IT Department at Capital City Public Charter School from 2012 to 2019, providing vital support and technology upgrades for educational purposes. Earlier roles at Apple, Sejersen DPS, Inc., and Nik Software, Inc. showcased strong technical support and customer service skills. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Media and is pursuing a Management Processes Program at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
