Renee Delphin-Rodriguez

Renee Delphin-Rodriguez is the current Secretary at Homeboy Industries. Prior to their work at Homeboy Industries, Renee worked as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at SynerMed from November 2015 to January 2018. Before SynerMed, Renee served as the Assistant General Counsel, HealthCare Partners at DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. from December 2013 to October 2015. In their role at HealthCare Partners, they were the lead attorney supporting and advising the Business Development Team in all of HealthCare Partners’ acquisitions, joint ventures and other expansion opportunities in new and existing markets (domestic and international). Renee also negotiated and drafted all definitive transaction documents and ensured compliance with health care regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, Anti-Kickback statutes and Stark law.

Renee Delphin-Rodriguez received their Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and their Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory from Yale University.
