Gerard Sychay

Gerard Sychay has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. Gerard began their career in 1996 as a Developer at Structural Dynamics Research Corporation. In 2003, they moved to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a Sr. Systems Programmer. In 2006, they took on the role of Technology Director at Zipscene. In 2009, they co-founded Cincinnati Coworks. In 2010, they became the Sole Proprietor of UnitCase Software. In 2013, they became a Partner of Differential Venture Studio. From 2014 to 2022, they held the roles of Head of Engineering and Principal Software Developer at Differential. In 2022, they took on the role of VP of Engineering at Homebuyer.com.

Gerard Sychay holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.
