Arumugam Shanmugam

Arumugam Shanmugam currently serves as the VP of Engineering at NextLink Labs, where responsibilities encompass Cloud DevOps, SRE, and software engineering. Previously, Arumugam was the Cloud Engineering Manager at Caylent, leading cloud engineering teams for Fortune 500 clients and overseeing technical strategy and architecture. Prior roles include Cloud Technical Leader at mdf commerce, directing a cloud transformation initiative, and Cloud Specialist at Morgan Stanley, where Arumugam designed an enterprise-wide Azure cloud adoption strategy. As Head of Cloud Architecture at Tecsys Inc., Arumugam implemented centralized network solutions and significantly reduced deployment times through automation. Arumugam holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Anna University.
