Andy Guarnera

Andy Guarnera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, project management, and music production. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Management for Data Analytics at Homecare Homebase since February 2014, Andy oversees the product strategy for HCHB Analytics, focusing on business intelligence and machine learning technologies. Additionally, since January 2021, Andy is the Owner and Music Producer at Bad Beat Lab Music Studio. Prior to this, Andy held key positions such as Business Applications Manager at AccentCare, where responsibilities included implementing the HCHB EMR application across multiple states, and Sr. Project Manager at HCL Technologies, managing custom software solutions. Previous roles at iQor and Nexgenix involved strategic IT planning and e-business consulting for prominent clients. Andy holds a B.S. in Information & Computer Science from UC Irvine.
