U Man Cleo Leong, CFA, FRM has over 13 years of experience in the finance and investment industry. U Man Cleo began their career in 2006 as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Penjing Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited, where they were responsible for quantitative analysis on hedge fund strategies, risk management and portfolio management for fund of funds portfolios, and database management. In 2011, they joined the Investment Team at The Hong Kong Jockey Club as a Senior Treasury Analyst, where they were responsible for asset allocation for long term capital, qualitative and quantitative evaluation on external fund managers, and focus on alternative investment including private equity, real estate and hedge funds. In 2013, they moved to BEA Union Investment Management as an Investment Analyst, where they were responsible for fund selection and market research for multi-asset fund of funds portfolios, portfolio management for global equity portfolios, and performance attribution and analysis. Most recently, in 2019, they joined HomeCourt (NEX Team) as a Senior Manager of Finance & Operations.

U Man Cleo Leong holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Risk Management Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, obtained between 2006 and 2008. U Man Cleo also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Risk Management Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, obtained between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, they hold a Private Pilot License (Helicopter) from the Federal Aviation Administration, obtained in June 2022, a Notary Public from the State of California, obtained in July 2017, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) from the CAIA Association, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute, and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
