Vivien Chung

Vivien Chung has worked at a number of companies since 2013. Vivien began their career at ZALORA Group as a Campaign Executive and Operation Assistant. In 2015, they moved to Cathay Pacific Airways, where they held the roles of International Marketing Specialist, Channel and Performance Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, and Digital Marketing Officer. In 2018, they joined Klook as Senior Manager, Special Projects and Special Project Analyst. Currently, they are the Marketing Director at Nex. Throughout their career, they have driven the new development of programmatic retargeting, prospecting, and upselling initiatives, and has helped to increase the website's key metrics by up to 180%. Vivien has also rolled out Dynamic Ads for Travel on Facebook, resulting in a 15% reduction in cost per booking and a 16x increase in booking volume.

Vivien Chung attended Headington School prior to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from King's College London in the United Kingdom.
