Donna Urschel

Donna Urschel possesses extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Account & Case Management at DNA Diagnostics Center since June 2006, Donna oversees the accessioning of laboratory samples in accordance with AABB guidelines and has implemented processes to reduce data entry errors. Prior to this role, Donna worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Tri-State Mortgage, LLC, where responsibilities included ensuring timely processing of mortgage loans and preparing commitment and denial letters. Experience also includes managerial positions at Checkmart cash advance, where Donna managed staff and financial transactions, and at Kroger, where responsibilities involved recruiting and managing a retail team.
