Priya Kumar

Priya Kumar, PhD has worked as an Assistant Laboratory Director at DNA Diagnostics Center since 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they also worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash.

Priya Kumar, PhD, has a comprehensive education history in the fields of Biology/Biological Sciences and Education. Priya started their educational journey at Holy Child Auxilium School, where they completed their high school education in 1998. Priya then enrolled at Delhi University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Zoology in 2001. Priya continued their studies at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Zoology in 2003.

In 2004, Priya attended Indraprastha University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree with a specialization in Education, graduating in 2005. Motivated to further their knowledge in biology, Priya returned to Miami University, where they attended from 2006 to 2008 in the field of Biology/Biological Sciences.

Priya's academic journey culminated with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Miami University, specializing in Biology/Biological Sciences, which they completed from 2008 to 2014. Priya'sdedication and commitment to education and biology are evident in their educational accomplishments and diverse field of study.
