Nicole Roe

Nicole Roe currently serves as the Manager of Credit and Mortgage Underwriting at HomeEquity Bank, a position held since October 2014. Throughout their tenure at the bank, Nicole has progressed through various roles including Team Lead, Senior Mortgage Underwriter, National Underwriter, and Senior Mortgage Loan Originator Specialist. Prior to this, Nicole worked as a Law Clerk at Vanguard Law Group LLP and held a managerial position in Customer Service, Broker Services at Anderson Sinclair LLP. Nicole's career in the industry began at FNF Canada, where a decade was spent as a Senior Title Specialist. Nicole holds a diploma in Paralegal Studies from Sheridan College, completed between 2000 and 2002, and has gained extensive experience in legal support for real estate transactions.
