Ja-mie Zann Cham started their work experience in 2016 as a Public Relations and Marketing Communications Learning Associate at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. In 2017, they worked at Marriott Hotels as an At Your Service Guest Relations Agent. Ja-mie Zann'sresponsibilities included operating a telephone switchboard station, processing guest requests, and logging all guest calls and concerns. In 2018, they joined HomeExchange.com as an English Junior Happiness Officer. Ja-mie Zann later transitioned to the role of Content and Community Manager in July 2019.

Ja-mie Zann Cham completed their GCE A-Levels at National Junior College from 2012 to 2013. Ja-mie Zann then pursued their undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Management at ESSEC Business School from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained their Piano Grade 8 certification from ABRSM in August 2011.
