Tracy Durnell

Tracy Durnell is a Microsoft 365 Engineer at Homefield IT since June 2023, with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 support for enterprise customers. Prior roles include Microsoft 365 Premier Support Engineer and Office 365 Concierge Ambassador Support Engineer at Experis, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting across the Microsoft 365 suite and managing applications within it. Tracy has also held leadership positions in education, such as Dean at ITT Technical Institute, where management of adult students in computer networking and network security was key. Additional roles as Director of Education at Southern Technical College and Fortis Institute involved overseeing faculty and curriculum design. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Computer Science Education from Barry University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University.
