Connor Hayes

Connor Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Connor worked as an HR & IT Director at HomeGauge starting in April 2022 and previously held the role of HR & IT Manager from August 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they worked at Filament Marketing as an HR Manager and later transitioned to IT Manager from February 2016 to January 2020. At Filament Games, they served as an HR Director and Office Manager from June 2011 to January 2016. Prior to that, Connor worked as an Office Manager at Agri-Graphics Ltd from December 2005 to June 2011. Connor also gained experience as a Sales Assistant at Apple Tree Condominiums- The Crossing from April 2010 to November 2010, and in customer service roles at Gold's Gym, Platinum Tanning Company, and JC Penny Portrait Studio between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they served as a Team Lead and Resident Care Assistant at Sylvan Crossings Assisted Living from February 2007 to September 2007. Throughout their career, Connor has demonstrated proficiency in IT management, network support, server management, and end-user support. Connor has experience implementing new software and technology, training employees, and developing IT policies. Connor Hayes attended New Glarus High from 1997 to 2000 and obtained a Diploma. Connor then continued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 2000 to 2005, where they specialized in Theatre, although they did not attain a specific degree.
