Katleen Bogaerts

Katleen Bogaerts currently serves as HR Director for Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, and Spain at Lantmännen Unibake since January 2023, while also holding the position of Rechter sociale zaken at the Nederlandstalige Arbeidsrechtbank van Brussel since September 2021. Katleen contributes as a selection committee member for talent.brussels, an independent jury member for philanthropic projects at Koning Boudewijnstichting, and as a guest lecturer at Thomas More-hogeschool. Since 2018, Katleen has been a business owner, offering People Centric Leadership services. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Kliniek Sint-Jan and Orpea Belgium, as well as Group HR Director at SENIOR-ASSIST S.A. Educational qualifications comprise Insights Discovery Practitioner certification, Lencioni team coach, KernTalenten analyst, and a degree from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Volunteering with Natuurpunt has also been a continual engagement since February 2012.
