Dickie P. has been in the business world since 2008. Dickie began their career as Business Development Director at Urban Digital in 2008. In 2010, they became Owner at Redhat Media Limited. In 2013, they became a Shareholder at SZ Ltd, an e-commerce and programming company selling a wide portfolio of products from mobile phone accessories and lego to seeds. In 2019, they became Co-Founder at Homegrown Cannabis Co.

Dickie P. attended Eirias High School from 1987 to 1992. Dickie then went on to Salford University where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sound & Video Engineering between 1993 and 1996.
