Joye Deone Sanders has worked for three companies throughout their career. From 2011 to present, they have worked for Homeland Surveillance & Electronics LLC as Sales | Training | FAA | Financing | Flight Services | Events. From 2013 to present, they have worked as VP, Solutions Engineer for Lobby Manager. From 2002 to 2011, they were Operations Manager for Bank of America.

Joye Deone Sanders received a Certificate of Completion from HSE-UAV in 2014 for Factory Certified UAS Flight & Safety Training. In December 2016, they obtained a Commercial Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, and also holds a Remote Pilot Certificate from the FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam).
