Mike Bonacchi

Michael Bonacchi joined Home Leasing in 2012. He serves as Chief Financial Officer for Home Leasing and Home Leasing Construction. His responsibilities include the review and approval of year-end audits and tax returns for all entities associated with Home Leasing, budgeting, forecasting cash flows, facilitating the execution of financial documents relating to construction loans and permanent finance closings, first mortgage refinancing, and a wide range of State and IRS filings. Mike oversees approximately $100 million in annual company revenues and expenses. He is a trustee of the company’s 401K plan and the administrator for all banking-related matters.

Before Home Leasing, Mike was employed by Insero & Co. CPAs for four years where he performed audits and reviews for companies specializing in senior affordable housing projects. He also audited employee benefit and company retirement plans for several clients.

Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College. He previously served on the board of directors and finance committee of the Rochester/Monroe County Homeless Continuum of Care.
