Shelby Williams

Shelby Williams joined Home Leasing in 2016. She serves as Director of Asset Management. Her responsibilities include maximizing the long-term financial performance of the communities in which Home Leasing manages by creating strategic plans for each community to ensure long-term financial success.

Shelby began her career with Home Leasing as a Regional Leader where her responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of properties across New York and Maryland. She brings with her property management experience serving as a leasing consultant and then property manager.

Shelby received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego. She is certified as a Tax Credit Specialist, Occupancy Specialist and Blended Occupancy Specialist. Shelby has earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a member of the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
