Joy Iredia currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Homeless Children's Network since June 2022, following a role as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Right at Home in Boston and North. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Right at Home in San Jose/Milpitas/Fremont and HR Business Partner at Walgreens. Previous to these roles, Joy was the People Operations Manager at Bells Consulting Private NRP. Educational qualifications include pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix and multiple credentials in Human Resources Management and related fields from Asean Online Education and Cornell University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Benin.

Homeless Children's Network
Our mission is to decrease the trauma of homelessness and domestic violence; and to provide strength-based, family-family focused and culturally-appropriate prevention and intervention services to children, youth, parents, and families; and to increase the strength and effectiveness of HCN’s collaborative efforts. Homeless Children's Network provides comprehensive on-site mental health, family support, community development and education, and early childhood mental health consultation services for homeless children, youth, and their families at emergency, domestic violence and transitional shelters, as well as single room occupancy hotels (SROs), schools, childcare centers, and permanent supportive housing sites.
