Lori Pinkerton

Lori Pinkerton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and sales management, currently serving as the Director of Referral Operations at HomeLight since July 2016. In this role, Lori oversees various functions including Agent Sales, Investor Collections, AI Strategy, and B2B Customer Success, driving strategic initiatives to align with company growth goals. Prior positions at HomeLight include Senior Manager of Centralized Agent Success, where Lori led a global team of over 20 customer success managers, and Sales Manager roles focused on optimizing agent engagement processes. Lori's background also includes a tenure as Marketing Manager at Tampa Bay Times, where strategic consulting improved the advertising success of over 250 regional businesses, and founding Architectural Framing, a company that developed numerous construction projects. Lori holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Eckerd College and a Web Development Certificate from St. Petersburg College.
