With a background in nursing and various leadership roles in healthcare organizations, Jennifer has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Regal Home Health and General Manager - Risk and Compliance at KinCare. Jennifer has a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Dementia Studies. Additionally, Jennifer completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
